The Indiana Minority Health Coalition (IMHC) is offering this project in Marion County to promote healthy lifestyles that will help prevent and reduce obesity among minority youth (14 to 19). The project is designed to increase awareness of the problem of youth obesity. The project encourages youth to take action in handling and / or stopping obesity. The message will be delivered through a media campaign and at community events. The project promotes taking part in physical activities regularly and nutritious food choices.
