Carl Ellison
Chief Executive Officer
Carl Ellison serves as CEO of the Indiana Minority Health Coalition, bringing extensive leadership experience in public health, health equity, and community engagement. Under his leadership, IMHC advances statewide initiatives focused on maternal health, chronic disease prevention, and systems-level solutions.
Shanta Harris
Chief Operating Officer
Shanta Harris serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Indiana Minority Health Coalition (IMHC), where she leads strategic operations, cross-sector partnerships, and program implementation to advance health equity across Indiana. With a strong background in organizational leadership and public health strategy, Harris oversees internal systems and external collaborations that support IMHC’s initiatives in maternal health, chronic disease prevention, and community education. Her leadership ensures operational excellence, program integrity, and impactful delivery of services that address persistent health disparities in minority communities.
