Join the IMHC Team

The Indiana Minority Health Coalition exists to close health gaps that shouldn’t exist. We work across the state with community health workers, doulas, public health leaders, and neighborhood partners to make sure every Hoosier has a real shot at good health, regardless of race, ZIP code, or income.

Why IMHC

  • A statewide platform. IMHC is Indiana’s coalition for minority health. The work you do here reaches every corner of the state, not just one city or one program.
  • A team that moves fast. We’re a lean, high-output organization. You’ll see your ideas become real programs, not sit in committee for a year.

What We Look For

People who care about health equity as much as we do, who can operate independently, and who want to build something lasting for Indiana’s communities. Whether you’re a community health worker, a program coordinator, a communications lead, or a data analyst, we’re looking for people who show up for the mission first.

Equal Opportunity

IMHC is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by law.
