I Hereby irrevocably consent to being photographed and authorize the use and reproduction of any and all photographs you have taken of me, negatives, positives, proofs, original or copies, for what purpose, without further compensation to me, and I understand these items are the property of Bridging the Gap.

I understand that Bridging the Gap can/may record the virtual live sessions and these recordings are to be used for improving our trainings and may be shared with the participants in other classes that I am not enrolled in as a tool for learning and reviewing in preparation for the exam.

I give my permission to Bridging the Gap to add my name to the Learning Network of Clinton County and IMHC Services newsletter, website, social media platforms, marketing, announcements, newspapers, radio and their interpreter graduate and services available page.

I give my permission to Bridging the Gap to share my contact information with lnocc.org and IMHCservices.com webpages.
